Performed daily job site supervision, scheduling & coordination of all labor forces, subcontractors, materials and equipment. Field inspected & verified all materials and equipment delivered to job site for conformance to approved plans and job specifications. Kept daily job reports, field payroll hours, prepared project as built drawings including all other job related documentation. All construction work had to be expedited and completed on or before scheduled, so as not to delay the tenant occupancy date or allow construction to interfere with tenants operations.

Position: Site Work Supervisor/Manager
DUTIES As site supervisor/manager for Kara, I was in charge of scheduling, coordination & supervision for all earth moving equipment including manpower required to perform site cut, fill and rough grading work on this 44 acre site, which had unique site problems due to prior sand & clay mining operations. In addition to the above, my daily responsibilities also included but were not limited to ;supervision, scheduling & coordination of sub-contractor crews for construction of all underground site utilities, curbs and sidewalks, paving, landscaping, retaining walls, concrete building foundations etc. I also was responsible for keeping daily job reports, field hours, reviewing & approving sub contractor requisitions, material & equipment invoices and overseeing that all required testing & permit inspections (Municipal and State ) where scheduled, performed and work was approved for that phase.
